Teaching Assistant Apprentice at Grangefield School

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic teaching assistant apprentice to join our team, learning all aspects of working in a school environment whilst studying towards your Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday 8.45AM to 3.15PM. 1 hour for lunch, 15 minutes for break (1 break per week paid because of duties).

You are paid for term time hours only (26.5 hrs per week), the salary is averaged out across the year. Annual salary pro-rata (26.5 term time only) : £10,495  (£9.17 per hour)

£12,636.36 Salary before pro rata.

Key facts about an Apprenticeship:

• An apprentice must be employed for a minimum of 30 hours a week.
• Apprentices must meet our minimum entry requirements

There are 3 stages to the interview process.

You need to be successful in each area before moving on to the next stage.
