Customer Service Apprentice at Tree Shop

The role of a customer service practitioner is to deliver high quality products and services to the customers of their organisation. Your core responsibility will be to provide a high-quality service to customers which will be delivered from the workplace, digitally, or through going out into the customer’s own locality.

Working Hours

9.00am - 3.30pm (Days to be confirmed)

32.5 are the minimum hours there will be additional hours on a seasonal basis.

Key facts about an Apprenticeship:

• An apprentice must be employed for a minimum of 30 hours a week.
• Apprentices must meet our minimum entry requirements

Interview Process:

There are 3 stages to the interview process.

You need to be successful in each area before moving on to the next stage.
