Assist in the preparation of varied items. Learning techniques and methods of cooking and meal presentation. Mentored by a skilled, Michelin trained Head Chef.

Working Hours

5 days, straight shifts within opening hours. (Daily Hours to be confirmed)

Key facts about an Apprenticeship:

• An apprentice must be employed for a minimum of 30 hours a week.
• Apprentices must meet our minimum entry requirements

Interview Process:

There are 3 stages to the interview process.

You need to be successful in each area before moving on to the next stage.
