Apprenticeship Opportunity
Toddington, Gloucestershire
Come and join our Nursery in Toddington 15 minutes from Tewksbury and Evesham.
Are you looking to gain knowledge, experience and complete an NVQ Level 2/3 apprenticeship in Early Years? If so, this may be the position for you.
You need to be enthusiastic, energetic, motivated, professional, willing to complete an NVQ 2/3 and be able to work as part of a team.
Main duties consist of:
- Complete NVQ2 or 3 with a training company.
- Undertaking domestic duties.
- Ensure the care of the children is always maintained.
- Support play and engage in children’s learning.
- Adhering to children’s routines.
- To work across with all age groups.
- Have weekly meetings with your mentor to discuss progress.
Safeguarding and First Aid training will be provided.

Toddington Day Nursery is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. This post is subject to two references and a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure via the DBS.
Salary: Discussed at interview, however the wage is much higher than the national apprenticeship wage.
Start date: April/May
