Join our clients fun, hardworking, and sociable team as an Assembly Operative in beautiful Bourton-on-the-Water paying £12.21 per hour.
Where your Fridays are always free, and your car parking is always easy.

Location: Bourton-on-The-Water 
Employment Type: permanent 
Hours: 07:30-17:30 Monday- Thursday
Salary: £25,396 (with pay increase after probation) 
Holiday entitlement: 20 Days + Bank holidays

The Role You'll be assembling high-quality medical devices in a cleanroom environment, following GMP standards, ISO procedures, and our company’s quality statement. All necessary PPE provided you just bring the focus and the energy.

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with small parts
- Able to maintain pace in a high-volume environment
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines
- Confident working independently under minimal supervision
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
- A positive, can-do attitude
