Position Overview:
As an Assembly Operative, you will play an integral role in manufacturing and testing components. Your expertise in assembly will help ensure that every product meets the organisation's high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and test electrical sub-assemblies to ensure functionality.
- Assemble and test completed systems with precision.
- Retrieve parts from stores and prepare them for assembly.
- Integrate electrical sub-assemblies into the main products seamlessly.
- Complete all relevant documentation accurately.
- utilise company tablets for tasks such as accessing engineer drawings, attending meetings, and responding to emails.
- Barcode scan relevant supplier information to maintain accurate records.
- Keep your workspace tidy and organised.
- Follow company processes to uphold quality standards consistently.
- Support stock control for production builds to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous assembly experience is desirable, but we value your skills and attention to detail above all.
- Strong dexterity and the ability to work with precision in a production or manufacturing environment.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
