Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time, Term-Time only

The successful candidate will support our full-time Sports students find relevant industry placements and helpthem develop the necessary skills needed for employment.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Promote the benefits of industry placements to Sports learners and employers
Work with learners on a 1:1 basis and in groups
Visiting students on placement at employer premises
Promoting progression on to an apprenticeship
Complete a Health & Safety checklist of employer
Track, monitor and feedback on learner progress
Develop and maintain links with employers
Administration and keeping up-to-date records
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications
Confident & enthusiastic, with excellent organisation & communication skills
A passion for developing learners’ employability skills, being supportive & inspiring
Able to show initiative, mediate, be persuasive & deal with sensitive situation
Ability to travel & good IT skills
Driving licence and use of own vehicle is essential
