Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Support Worker - SGlos & Bristol Support Worker

We are looking for motivated and dedicated support workers to join our team with flexible days and hours available (including weekends). We support vulnerable adults in the community in remaining independent. We do not offer personal care (such as washing and medication support) but we support individuals in achieving their goals whilst meeting their needs in a unique therapeutic manner.

We have the use of our trained Therapy Dog, Diesel, who we use in Animal Assisted Therapy for some of our Service Users. We also focus on creative therapeutic workshops every 2-3 months to provide a safe creative space for our Service Users and Staff to enjoy. We primarily support those living with mental health illness and learning disabilities, but are not limited to these service user groups.

Mandatory training is paid and is offered in house with multiple opportunities to train in multiple additional areas of care and support. We operate an inclusive team environment where every staff member is equal and valued where we offer a supportive working community throughout.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time, Flexible, Permanent, Mon - Sun days (currently no overnights).
