Residential Building Surveyor (AssocRICS / MRICS)

Must have’s
- AssocRICS or MRICS qualification
- Minimum of 5 years' experience carrying out RICS Level 2 Home Surveys
- Strong knowledge of post-war and modern residential properties
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
- High professional and ethical standards in line with RICS guidance
- Experience using iPad-based inspection and reporting software
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to cover Gloucester and the surrounding areas
Nice to have’s
- Previous experience working autonomously within a residential surveying role
- Familiarity with a wide range of residential property types across the local area
So, what will you be doing?
- Carrying out RICS Level 2 Home Surveys on residential properties
- Producing accurate, professional reports using an iPad-based reporting system
- Planning and managing your own daily survey schedule
- Delivering a consistent number of surveys each week
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism, accuracy and client care
- Communicating professionally with clients when required
