Job Overview:
We are looking for a Trainee Estimator to join our Clients team. This position offers a negotiable salary and is open to candidates seeking a career in construction estimation, in a junior capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimating material and labour costs for construction projects
- Analyzing project specifications
- Collaborating with contractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes
- Preparing accurate and timely bids
- Communicating effectively with project managers and clients
Key Requirements:
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
