Installation Supervisor - CAT
Tewkesbury
Installation Supervisor - £34,000 - £38,000 DOE
Location – Worcester/Gloucester/Tewkesbury/Birmingham
An opportunity to join a rapidly growing company to work alongside the operational teams to deliver construction projects. My client offers rapid career progression opportunities for candidates who demonstrate flexibility, commitment and enthusiasm to their work.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As an installation supervisor you will be responsible for the installation and supervision of projects in all departments. You will contribute to the overall running of sites and continuous improvement of the business, whilst ensuring that the highest professional, health and safety and quality standards are maintained to continually improve the service offered.
Must have’s
- SMSTS/SSSTS
- CSCS Blue Card or higher
- All training will be provided
- Opportunities to gain further qualifications such as NVQ
- Full valid driving licence.
- Ability to travel across the UK with regular nights away from home
Nice to have’s
- 3+ years full-time on-site supervision experience.
- Experience in landscaping/commercial constriction
- Experience as a supervisor on large commercial projects
- Methodical, close attention to details
- Good working with people at all levels within the team
- Ability to analyse and process technical drawings
- Computer literate
So, what will you be doing?
- On site supervision of installation teams to ensure quality and health and safety standards are maintained
- Leading the installation of projects
- Full awareness and understanding of the companies H&S policy and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies
- Working with Project Managers to deliver programmes
- Communicating material and labour issues to contracts manager and liaising with client site teams
- Management and accountability of project delivery on site
- Detailed progress reporting
- Encouraging and developing teamwork both across the install teams

Schedule:
