Business Manager
Cheltenham
Grade/Salary: Grade 10 (SP 37-40)
Pro-rata £31,633 – 33,477 for 22.5 hours/week
(FTE £45,441 – 48,474 p.a)
Start Date: May/June 2024 (or as soon as possible thereafter)
Full/Part Time: Part Time, 22.5 hours p/w
Contract: Permanent
We are delighted to have retained the GCC Children & Family Centre contract for Cheltenham and Tewkesbury and as a result we are seeking to appoint to the role of Business Manager.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Executive Head, Strategic Leads x 2 (Family Support and Early Years), to ensure Aspire can continue to maximise the positive impacts it has on the children and families it works with through partnership working, leadership and innovation.
Our vision is that children, families and communities are supported to aspire and achieve.
You will also help to develop future opportunities for the Foundation to support its secure long-term and sustainable future.
The successful candidate will have:
- A Level 5 management qualification and/or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience of Project Management
- Experience of leading teams
