New Business Development Executive - MVBDE223

NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
£25,000 - £27,000 basic plus commission
Chase Associates Ltd have been supporting Gloucestershire business’s since 1994. We recruit and provide both temporary and permanent staff within the Warehousing, Distribution, Manufacturing, Administrative and Engineering market sectors.
As a New Business Development Executive you’ll primarily be responsible for identifying and on-boarding new clients as well as growing business within our existing client base.
A high level of pro-active and creative telesales will be involved in this position to establish relationships, identify opportunities for new business and on-board new clients. You’ll attend on-site client meetings to fully understand the working environment and assist in the recruitment and management of our workforce.
The recruitment market is continually changing and evolving. It’s effected by local and global economic shifts, changes in legislation, international relations, Eco-trends and many other factors making it one of the most diverse and interesting arena’s to develop business within.
Our ideal applicant will have all of the following: -
- Experience in developing new business in a competitive Business-to-Business sales environment
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- A ‘Can Do’ attitude and the willingness to ‘go the extra mile’
- The ability to problem-solve and think outside the box
- Drive and enthusiasm to succeed and also be a ‘team player’
- A full driving license and your own car
As a valued member of our team you’ll be entitled to: -
- Basic Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 dependent upon experience
- Target related commission (OTE £30k - £33k)
