Design Engineer - Agricultural Innovation

Over the last 5 years I have been developing a piece of machinery to harvest agricultural hedges to produce Biomass.
Currently agricultural hedges are cut using a flail hedge trimmer which discards the cuttings leaving them to rot on the ground.
Whilst I have a starter prototype machine the project is now at the point where it needs input from an experienced design engineer to help move it forwards to being a fully developed production ready machine.
This project is very much in its infancy but has massive global potential.
Initially very much a part time role and depending on how things go there could be outstanding long term potential for the right candidate.
