Watermoor House Residential Care Home offers dedicated care for older people in a homely environment. We are located in Cirencester in a beautiful grade II listed Georgian manor.
The successful applicants will have an interest in caring for older people or have experience of providing a range of care services to elderly service users. We are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a busy team, has knowledge of observing and maintaining care compliance standards, or keen to learn about these, and has a positive approach to their work.
For all positions, we look for NVQ2 and/or NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or people willing to work towards these qualifications - we provide ongoing learning opportunities.
As well as a competitive salary - £10.50 but the rate may be higher depending on qualifications, we offer:
