*Team Leaders*

Stroud

We have an exciting new opportunity to take on a new role of Team Leader to lead good quality provision in our service.  This is a new post and you will have the chance to help us develop our service and also build your own skills and qualifications.   

You will lead provision for 4 or 5 service users, ensuring they live happy and independent lives in a variety of contexts and support the management team to enable the smooth running of a developing service.  You will supervise staff, liaise with families, keep support plans and risk assessments up to date, monitor diets and medication, ensure activities and appointments are organised.   

You will need to be an experienced support worker, qualified to at least a H&SC level 3 Diploma, and experienced in supporting vulnerable adults and/or children with varying degrees of learning disability or mental health issues.   There is a requirement to take a level 4 H&SC diploma.

• Be flexible enough to adapt to clients with very different needs
• Be well organized and able to communicate with a range of people
