Job description

Do you currently live in the Forest of Dean or South Herefordshire, within 20 minutes’ drive of Cinderford and have a UK driving licence?

Our roles are rewarding, knowing that you have provided such important care for many elderly and vulnerable people in the Forest, in their own homes.

Competitive Pay: From c£14.07 per client contact hour including 10 minutes travel time per hour of care and holiday pay. Base rates are £11.00 to £12.00 - per hour PLUS travel time and holiday pay!!!!!

Shifts are a choice of between 7-10am, 7-2pm, 4-10pm and alternate weekends. School hours cannot be offered.

Meal preparation
Companionship Care
Social Visits

Administer Medication
Keep accurate records and communicate clearly with your team members.
Offer an outstanding service that is safe, caring, responsive, effective and well-led

No previous experience in care is necessary.

We are extremely excited to be recruiting for this position and are looking forward to hearing from you!

All we need from you is a full UK driving licence with access to your own car and the desire to care for others, we can teach you the rest. Working as a care assistant isn’t always the easiest job, but we promise that it will be one of the most rewarding!
