We're recruiting full-time and part-time Reablement Support Workers our clients at home following a stay in hospital. We have work available in Stroud and surrounding Areas

Pay rates from £13.50 to £15.00 per hour

Flexible Work That Fits Around You
We offer a flexible approach to shifts, including:
Mornings 8:00am - 2:00pm
Evenings 4:00pm - 10:00pm

Every other Weekend availability (with a focus on work-life balance)
Full-time and part-time roles available.
 
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Reablement Support Worker, you’ll support people in their own homes—helping people to maintain their independence in:
Personal care (washing, dressing, continence support)
Meal preparation and medication
Encouraging independence through an outcome-focused approach following their reablement pathway
Maintaining a safe environment
Working alongside families, Social Workers, OT’s and Physiotherapy teams including other professionals to provide a therapeutic service
Reporting changes and maintaining care records and peoples progress on their reablement pathway

Full UK driving licence + access to a vehicle (essential)
