Estates Technician


Salary: £23,953 - £25,847, plus £2000 shift allowane and £1032 weekend allowance.
(Salary dependent on experience)

Contract: Full Time, Permanent


Start Date: 1 August 2025 or as soon as possible


Cirencester College is looking for a reliable and trustworthy Estates Technician to take on estate duties around the busy College.


Joining a busy and friendly team, the position would suit someone who enjoys an all- rounder role that offers variety and working under your own initiative and as part of a team.
Reporting to the Estates and Environment Manager you will support the whole College
by completing routine and reactive tasks.


The role will include responsibility to allow the successful candidate to lead on sourcing resources and quotes for two key skill areas in the department e.g. vehicle maintenance, college driving procedures {MIDAS), carpentry, plumbing, groundworks and electrics.

The role will be on a 4 week shift pattern for which an allowance is made. The role also includes an on-call allowance.

Early Shift: Mon-Thurs 7am-3pm, Fri 7am - 2:30pm
Middle Shift (2 shifts): Mon- Thurs 10am - 6pm, Fri 10am - 5:30pm
Late Shift: Mon - Wed 1:30pm - 9:30pm, Thurs 12 Noon - 8pm, Fri 12:30 pm - 8pm
