Are you an experienced maintenance professional looking to join a busy estates team? Would you like to join a large provider of care services?
If they answer is yes to all of the above, then Hooray may have the role for you!
Hooray are delighted to be supporting a long standing client to assist in the recruitment for an Estates Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis!

As an Estates Manager, you will:
- Quality control sign off all estates works
- Line Manager the estates team, including timesheets and supervisions
- Manage the budget for the estates team, including invoice reviews and authorisation
- Lead on the CAFM management system
- Conduct investigations into estates issues
- Produce data for board and estates requirements
To be successful as an Estates Manager, you will:
- Have proven CAFM management experience
- Be able to demonstrate clear leadership and management
- Have a proven ability to negotiating contractual terms for maintenance, services and consultancy agreements
- Have a good level of IT Skills
- Be able to build and motivate internal and external teams ensuring successful completion of goals
- Holding a Health & Safety Management qualification would be advantageous however not essential
In return, my client are offering a salary of £45,000 per annum, plus a company vehicle. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent opportunity.
