EVENT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Cheltenham

Salary:  £22,000 - £23,000 per annum + 33 days holiday, 5% pension contribution and ticket allocation

Cheltenham Festivals is a charity co-creating experiences which bring joy, spark curiosity, connect communities and inspire change. Our year-round education, community and talent development programmes culminate at the town’s internationally acclaimed Jazz, Science, Music and Literature Festivals.

If you are looking for a career in events then look no further, this is a great opportunity to work alongside highly experienced event professionals in a not-for-profit arts organisation.

You will have meticulous attention to detail, be flexible and enthusiastic with a willingness to work with bespoke event software to a high level (training will be given).  This role will work mainly across the Science and Literature Festivals but also provide support with the delivery of the other festivals and year-round activities.

This is a great opportunity to play a key role in organising some of the leading Festivals across the globe and to deliver the charity’s vision; a world in which everyone can explore culture.
