FAMILY SERVICES LEAD - £34,000-£38,000pa pro rata

Cheltenham

We have an exciting opportunity open to become our Family Services Lead.  We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate, with energy to deliver on the Chairty’s aims and objectives to provide high quality services to our families, and make a realdifference to the children and families immediate and long term outcomes.

This role involves overseeing the day to day operations of the charity, consisting of Family Support and our Family Wellbeing Hub.  It largely includes direct work with clients, developing family plans with each family, and delivering on the plan.  Attachment and relationship work is central to this, whilst also supporting parents to overcome their own challenges and barriers.  The successful candidate will have experience working with children and families aged unborn to 3 years of age.

This post requires an Enhanced DBS check.

About Us

Monkscroft Pastoral Care Project is a small charity, established in 1997.  We support vulnerable children and families in need, via both individual family plans & support and through our Family Wellbeing Hub.  Our primary beneficiaries are children aged unborn – 3 years and their siblings / family. We operate in the Hesters Way and St Marks area of Cheltenham. Our offices are in Hesters Way Library.
