Help Team Advisor

Contract: 1 year contract
Location: Based in our office in Barnwood, Gloucester. Hybrid working available. Regular travel in own transport around Gloucestershire required.
Hours: Hours of work are flexible between 08:00 – 17:00. Occasional out of hours work may be required. We are recruiting two full time posts but would explore part time hours (minimum 3 days a week) for the right candidates.

We are expanding our team providing older people and those supporting them with information and advice.
The post holder will have a positive attitude about ageing and motivated to support people from across Gloucestershire to live their best later lives. You should be able to actively listen with understanding and empathy over the phone, by email and in person and be able to explore and resolve people’s queries or connect them to the support they require. Proficient in using CRM databases & Microsoft office functions are also required.
