Stroud, Gloucestershire

Are you a skilled and enthusiastic maintenance professional looking for a new challenge? The Nelson Trust, an award-winning provider of residential addiction services and community support, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Operative to join our dynamic team.

Location: Stroud, with travel to Gloucester, Bristol, Swindon, Somerset & Cardiff
Hours: 35 hours per week (flexible working)
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
Holidays: 25 days per annum plus statutory
Pension: Auto-enrolment with a 6% employer contribution

Role Overview:

As a Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance tasks across our various properties. Your duties will include general building DIY, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and decorating. You will work alongside a small team and volunteers to ensure all maintenance work is completed to a high standard.
