FAMILY WELLBEING HUB FACILITATOR
Cheltenham
We have an exciting opportunity open to become our Family Wellbeing Hub Facilitator. We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate, with energy to deliver on the Charty’s aims and objectives to provide high quality group services to our families, and make a real difference to the children and families immediate and long term outcomes.
This role involves planning and leading the day to day operations of the Family Wellbeing Hub. This service aims to reduce social isolation and loneliness for families with young children (primarily 0-3 year olds) and to support the babies and young children to meet milestones and become school ready.
The successful candidate will have experience working with children and families in group settings, aged unborn to 3 years of age.
This post requires an Enhanced DBS check
About Us
Monkscroft Pastoral Care Project is a small charity, established in 1997. We support vulnerable children and families in need, via both individual family plans & support and through our Family Wellbeing Hub.
Our primary beneficiaries are children aged unborn – 3 years and their siblings / family.
We operate in the Hesters Way and St Marks area of Cheltenham. Our offices are in Hesters Way Library.
