Chef de Partie

Job Description:
A Bonus of £250 will paid after 3 months service and a further £250 after 6 months service.
We are looking for Chef de Partie to join our friendly team here at Ellenborough Park working specifically within the main kitchen. You may currently already be working in the same role in your current position or an experienced demi/commis ready to make the next step in your career.
Contracted to 37.5 hours with regular paid overtime bringing hours up to 48-50 hours per week.
Responsibilities include:
- Work along the other chefs to prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard
- Work closely with the front of house team to ensure our guests have a memorable dining experience
- Ensure all areas of the kitchen are clean sanitised, before/during/after shifts
Qualifications:
- Proven kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong food preparation and cooking skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented kitchen setting
