Sous Chef
Cirencester
Salary: £23,762 - £25,402 per annum, pro rata
(Salary dependent on qualifications and experience)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent, Term Time Only (37 hours per week, 40 weeks per annum)
Required: 1st September 2024

We are looking for an experienced chef to support the head of college catering, someone to:
• Help development of our catering services so that we can comfortably meet the current and future needs of our staff and students.
• To be involved in the planning, develop and delivering of inspirational menus that are desirable and nutritionally sound for learning minds.
• balance value for money and customer affordability with cost effectiveness
• to oversee the day to day running of the catering team and ensuring a high level of customer service.
