Join a thriving, award-winning community café at the heart of the Forest of Dean. We're a popular local hub looking for a Chef/Cook Manager to lead our kitchen and daily operations.
About the Role
This is a hands-on position perfect for someone who’s passionate about good food and community spirit. As Chef/Cook Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
Cooking and managing the kitchen day-to-day
Ordering stock and shopping
Planning staff rotas
Ensuring hygiene regulations and paperwork are up to date
Communicating with local community organisations
Supporting a welcoming, efficient café environment
