Head Fryer
Stroud
We don’t often advertise for a fryer – mainly because they rarely escape – but ours is heading off to pastures new (we suspect a witness protection programme), so we’re on the hunt for someone brave enough to step into their well-oiled shoes by August.
As Head Fryer, your noble duties will include:
- Cleaning
- Prepping food
- Cooking a very manageable menu
- Pretending to enjoy filling in food safety paperwork
Hours are 10–2 & 3.30–9 (though we usually finish earlier because we’re efficient like that). We’re closed Sundays and Mondays, and you’ll normally get another full day off too – but you MUST be around most Saturdays.
Experience is nice but not essential – we can teach you. Pay is negotiable depending on what you already know (or can convincingly pretend to know).
