Are you a passionate early years professional with the experience, warmth, and initiative to thrive in a nurturing and child-led setting?
We are looking for an exceptional Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our Babies Department, where outstanding care, curiosity, and nature-based learning go hand in hand. This is an opportunity for a practitioner who wants to make a genuine impact — with career progression, additional responsibilities, and future pay increases available for the right candidate.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing
• Providing exceptional daily care to babies aged 0–2, ensuring their emotional and physical needs are met with warmth and consistency
• Creating a calm, engaging and developmentally appropriate environment
• Supporting babies’ exploration, independence, and confidence through sensory-rich, outdoor and indoor activities
• Communicating closely with parents and carers, forming trusted partnerships from day one
• Working collaboratively with your team and showing initiative in daily practice

💼 What We’re Looking For
• A Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years
• Significant experience in a baby room or under-2s environment
• A calm, nurturing presence and a genuine love for working with little ones
• A strong team player who is dependable, reflective, and proactive
• A commitment to high standards of care and professional growth
🟡 For the right candidate, additional responsibilities and pay progression will be available over time, with full support from our management team.
