Must Have’s
- Experience in a customer-facing or sales-based environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload effectively
- Self-motivated and thrives in a competitive team environment

Strong focus on delivering great customer service
Nice to Have’s
- Experience in insurance, renewals, or financial services
- Working towards (or interest in) Cert CII qualification
So, what will you be doing?
- Managing policy renewals by quoting and following up with existing customers
- Driving retention rates through excellent customer service and timely communication
- Understanding and promoting the full suite of insurance products
- Engaging with customers to ensure their needs are met and policies remain relevant
- Collaborating with the wider team on improvements and new ideas
