Sales Negotiator - fw
Cheltenham
What’s in it for you?
- Basic salary of £24,000–£28,000 depending on experience
- Commission of approx. £5,500 per annum
- Quarterly incentive bonus totalling £2,500 per annum
- On Target Earnings (OTE) of £36,000 per annum

Must Have’s
- At least 1 year of experience in estate agency
- Confident sales negotiator with excellent client management skills
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
- Good IT and administrative abilities
- Full driving licence and access to your own car
- A strong sense of professionalism and reliability
Nice to have’s
- A strong understanding of the Cheltenham property market

So what will you be doing?
- Supporting and guiding clients through the buying and selling process
- Managing your own portfolio of applicants and vendors
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales
- Delivering an exceptional standard of service to enhance our market reputation
- Working closely with your team to achieve shared targets and provide full coverage of the Cheltenham area
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth communication at all times
Helpful extras
- Full-time, permanent role based in Cheltenham
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5.30pm
- One in three Saturdays: 8.45am – 4.00pm (with a day off in lieu)
