Person Centred Care is an established in-home care company that covers the areas of Cheltenham, Gloucester, Tewkesbury, Cotswolds and extended Gloucestershire.

The Role

As one of our home care workers, you will provide care and support to our clients in their own home in a variety of ways, based on their individual circumstances. This can include companionship and personal care, overseeing medication, being involved with meal preparation, and some light domestic duties.

Our home care workers are expected to get to know the people they are caring for and understand exactly what they want and need.  When you do this, it helps our clients achieve things that they wouldn’t be able to do by themselves, allowing them to live as independently as possible.

Basic Requirements

• Driving licence and access to your own motor vehicle
• Relevant experience within the care industry
• Flexible and reliable

What we Offer in Return

• We want to recruit the best carers in Cheltenham That's why we pay 45p a mile.
• If you go over calls just by one minute we will pay for an extra 15 minutes. That's why we pay up to £20 per hour.
