Clubhouse Manager - Cotswold Hills Golf Club
Cheltenham
Overview
Cotswold Hills Golf Club is a prestigious Private Members Golf Club set within the stunning
Cotswolds Landscape. We have a lengthy waiting list for membership, and our course is
recognised as one of the finest in the region.
We are currently undertaking an extensive refurbishment of our Clubhouse to provide a highquality hospitality environment for our members and visitors alike, as well as frequent Club
events throughout the year.
We are seeking a Clubhouse Manager to take overall responsibility for all aspects of Bar and
Food operations as well as the Clubhouse member experience.
You will need to demonstrate a “work with” style of leadership with a record of leading from the
front in terms of service delivery as well as good organisational and management skills in respect
of the operational aspects of a hospitality environment such as supplier management, Health &
Safety, Food Hygiene etc.
Job Requirements:
- Provide a high-quality member experience
- Take ownership for the food and beverage P&L and help drive revenue and profit
- Create a member focussed, service driven culture within the staff
- Work with our existing experienced chef to provide a modern inventive food and
- beverage offering which meets the needs of members
- Help build a strong sense of community with the members
- Liaise with playing committees to plan and implement a successful social and
- events calendar
- Assist in clubhouse related projects to improve the facilities and services
- Operate the facility in a safe and hygienic manner in line with current legislation
- Assist the General Manager to ensure the smooth running of all of the day-to-day
- operations.
- Personal licence holder, first aid and food safety qualifications desirable

Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year plus performance bonus
