Our client, a well known insurance company, is looking for multiple insurance consultants to join their Worcester office. You will be working in an environment where new ideas are welcomed, and you will have the opportunity to gain industry-leading qualifications like your Cert CII.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of an Insurance Consultant:
* Answering incoming calls
* Providing customer service with tailored quotes and information
* Managing email responses
* General Sales/Servicing of new and existing policies
Required Skills and Qualifications for an Insurance Consultant:
* Thoughtful listener
* Enthusiastic telephone manner
* Ability to build rapport and trust
* Customer-facing background with experience in soft selling preferable
* Retail and Customer Service backgrounds are encouraged to apply
