Quedgeley (Hybrid Working: 2 days from home, 3 days in the office)
£24,000 - £26,000 per annum (+ potential discretionary annual bonus)

Job Responsibilities:

Client Relations: Cultivate and nurture vibrant relationships with new and existing clients, delivering exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
Social Media Outreach: Harness the power of LinkedIn and other social media platforms to creatively engage and expand our online presence.
Strategic Outreach: Dive into proactive outreach, connecting with potential business clients, qualifying leads with intriguing questions, and setting up exciting follow-up calls.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with diverse departments, crafting cohesive communication strategies and driving our company’s goals to new heights.

Candidate Requirements:

Communication Skills: Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
Graphics Software: Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) for creating visually appealing content
Social Media Savvy: Experience in creating and managing social media posts and engaging with online audiences
Self-Starter: Demonstrated ability to initiate projects and follow through independently
Problem-Solver: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically
Education: Degree in Marketing, Structural Engineering, Architectural Design, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
