Sixth Form Pastoral Manager
Cheltenham
Salary - NJC Pay Scale 16 – 19, £28,282 to £29,777 pro rata per annum.
Hours - Full Time – 37 hours per week.
Contract Term - Time only plus 1 week, plus INSET day attendance
We have a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Pastoral Manager to join our dedicated and highly motivated sixth form team, who are ambitious in ensuring students have an educational experience that enables them to achieve their aspirations, personally and academically.
With an appropriate qualification and/or extensive experience in pastoral care or safeguarding, you will be passionate about ensuring all students receive the very best opportunity to thrive academically and personally within our community.
Excellent communication skills that enable you to engage with a wide range of audiences, along with your approachable nature and experience of working with children and families will be key to your success in this role.
