Administrator to the Faculty Head for Humanities

Salary: £23,753 (pro-rata to 17.5 hrs per week)

Contract: Fractional, Term time only, Permanent

Required: 26th August 2025

So, whether you are an experienced Administrator or a consummate professional with a laser-like eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

You would play a vital role in supporting one of our key management positions in the College (and what an amazing College it is!).

You would help the smooth running of curriculum right at the coalface as part of our positive and dynamic family. You’ll provide comprehensive high quality administrative support, ensure a high standard of customer care for students, staff and stakeholders, ensure excellent communication and compliance, and be a part of our formidable team dedicated to getting the best for our learners.

You would need excellent organisational and negotiating skills along with resourcefulness and the ability to assimilate information quickly.  The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential as are outstanding communication skills; a positive, calm and reassuring manner; and a ready appreciation of high-quality customer service.  

An ability to prioritise is also important in this busy role. The hours of work are usually 10 am to 2pm, with a 30 min lunch break, but is somewhat negotiable for the successful candidate.
