Contract: Fixed Term Contract (Until 31/08/2026)

The Innsworth Partnership are seeking to employ a teaching assistant to work at the Infant School.

• Have knowledge and experience of working with children in the primary phase
• Demonstrate a commitment to raising standards
• Have a good knowledge and understanding of phonics, reading, writing and maths
• Have a good working knowledge of behaviour management and strategies to help children self-regulate
• Commitment to high expectations of achievement
• Passion for developing strategies that enable children to overcome barriers to learning in order to become successful learners.
