Gloucestershire Professional Services (GPS) is on the lookout for a passionate and proactive SEND Review Lead to join our dedicated Learning Support department at Gloucestershire College.

As a SEND Review Lead, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the futures of our learners with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP) and additional needs. You’ll work closely with mainstream curriculum areas, taking the lead on EHCP Annual Reviews and Independence Assessments, ensuring every learner receives the right support to thrive, both inside and outside the classroom.


In this exciting role, you’ll:

Lead and coordinate EHCP annual reviews and Independence Assessments.
Be the key point of contact with Local Authorities, ensuring smooth communication on learner progress and support needs.
Monitor, record, and report on learner progress using our internal systems (ProMonitor).
Drive independence and prepare learners for adulthood, always in line with statutory requirements.
Continuously assess the impact of support strategies and the suitability of learner placements.
