SGS Create provides a specialised, school-like environment within a college setting, offering a nurturing and inclusive space for students who have found mainstream education challenging. Many of our learners are neurodiverse, have experienced prolonged disengagement, or are seeking a more personalised and flexible approach to learning. Are you a values-driven, strategic leader ready to make a real difference to young people’s lives?
We’re looking for an inspiring and dynamic Deputy Headteacher to join the senior leadership team at SGS Create, a specialist 14–16 provision based at SGS College’s Stroud Campus in the heart of the Cotswolds.
