RECEPTIONIST & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Part-time)

Cheltenham

Monday – Friday 8am – 1pm

Plus 1 INSET day at the start of September term

Required as soon as possible after successful interview and subject to satisfactory references.

This is a rare opportunity for an enthusiastic, professional, and committed colleague to join our newly opened and ambitious school.

Excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills essential.  The ability to work calmly, efficiently, and effectively with people both face to face and on the telephone.
You should enjoy working in a busy and challenging environment with young people.

Knowledge of Microsoft (but not necessarily extensive) an advantage but not essential.

The role will require you to be a First Aider – training will be provided if you are not qualified at present.

Salary: NJC Point 3 – 4 (FTE – £22,737 - £23,114 p.a. pro rata) (pay review pending)
