About the Role

  • The role will include the administration of student assessments and other processes, and servicing meetings.
  • You will also be involved in supporting student enrolment and graduation.
  • You will complete a range of tasks including providing advice through our dedicated telephone, e-mail and face-to-face support systems.  
  • The successful candidate will also be required to respond to requests for student information from staff and external bodies in line with the Data Protection Act.

About You

  • Experience of working within busy administrative role
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly with word and Excel
  • Ability to plan, organise and complete work to deadlines and cope well under pressure
  • Attention to detail and desire to ensure accuracy
  • Ability to work well in a team and without close supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of channels
  • Previous experience of higher education
