We are currently looking to appoint a kind, friendly, hardworking and conscientious Office Administrator to join our office team. This person will be the first point of contact for our school: face to face and via telephone and e-mail.
This position is for 35 hours per week working Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am to 4pm daily (with 1 hour of breaks throughout the day), time term only plus inset days (39 weeks).

We are looking for an office administrator who:
• can multi-task, be adaptive and flexible
• is able to work collaboratively with others as well as on their own initiative
• is professional, welcoming and personable to all of our visitors, parents, children and staff
• has excellent verbal and written communication skills
• is computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft packages (any schools computer systems such as SIMS/FMS would be an advantage)
• has good organisational skills
• enthusiastic yet calm
• is self-motivated
• eager to learn and be part of an excellent school
• has knowledge of basic Health and Safety and First Aid (preferred).
Previous experience within a school environment is not essential as full training will be given, but experience within an office/administration role is required.
