LOCATION: Stonehouse
DAILY TIMES:
Mon to Thurs: Option 1: 7am to 3.45pm
Option 2: 8am to 4.45pm
Friday: Option 1: 7am to 11.30am
Option 2: 8am to 12.30am
START DATE: ASAP
PAY: £11.95 to £12.57ph (Depending on experience)

Job: Electronics Inspector
Ess Employment Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced Electronics Inspector for our client based in Stonehouse.
Description
The Electronics inspector will be responsible for the visual inspection of Electronics assemblies inc but not limited to; electronic components, solder joints & conformal coating.
Primary Objectives
1.Inspect PCB assemblies to IPC-A-610 Class II as standard, Class III where specified.
2.Carry out and assist in First article inspections,
3.Feedback and report on process indicator errors, to improve processes feeding into inspection, to stop waste of time and labour through rework.
4.Keep your area clean and organised always.
Requirements
1.Understanding of IPC610 class ii and iii
2.Minimum of 2 years’ experience of electronics assembly inspection
Responsibilities
1.PCB Assembly Inspection – including post SMT inspection, conformal coating and final inspection.
2.AOI Inspection – supporting AOI of SMT as and when required.
3.Continuous Improvement – of procedures and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy and consistency.
Skills
1.Experience of IPC-A-610 (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies)
2.Experience of reading and following work/build instructions.
3.Experience of inspecting conformal coating is desirable, but not essential.
4.Accurate consistent assembly to target times.
5.Good communication and reporting skills, both verbal and written.
6.Good computer literacy with ability to learn new software.
7.Positive work ethic.
8.Good attention to detail.
9.Work in an efficient manner.
10.Ability to work independently under minimal supervision when required.
11.Ability to multitask effectively and work well under pressure.
