Quantity Surveyors required for an immediate start in Bristol, (Permanent Role)
We are seeking aexperienced Quantity Surveyors with a solid background in structural steel projects to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost planning, control, and contractual management on medium to large-scale structural steel projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for structural steel works.

Manage procurement processes including tendering, bid analysis, and subcontractor negotiations.

Measure and value structural steelwork in accordance with contract drawings and specifications.

Monitor project expenditure and ensure financial control throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Assess, prepare, and negotiate variations, claims, and final accounts.

Liaise with clients, contractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.

Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to management.

Ensure all commercial and contractual documentation is accurate and up to date.

Conduct site visits to verify progress and compliance with specifications.

Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 Annual + Car Allowance
