Are you from an M&E, Civil, Construction or similar background and looking to break your way into specialist Estimating / Surveying within a company known for investing in their employees through excellent on the job training and development plans, allowing you to become a technical expert and eventually lead projects?

The specialist company have been established for over 4 decades within the MEP industry and are known for having an excellent company culture with a fantastic reputation for staff retention and care, due to continued growth they are now looking to take on additional engineer to fully train into Preconstruction within the M&E industry.
On offer is the opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company with full training into Preconstruction within the M&E industry where you will be responsible for shadowing senior members of the business, planning out companies projects and estimating costs amongst other duties.
This role would suit someone from an M&E, Civil, Construction or similar background looking for excellent career development into M&E Preconstruction with specialist training plans and excellent internal progression ensuring you become a technical expert within your field.
The Role:
Office Based with occasional site surveys within a local patch
Planning out companies projects and estimating costs amongst other duties.
Shadowing Managers/ Senior Engineers
The Candidate:
M&E, Civil, Construction or similar background
Looking for Specialist Training and Development
Some form of exposure to Estimating/ Surveying
