EVENT OPERATIONS MANAGER

Cheltenham

Salary £27, 000 per - £29,000 annum + 33 days holiday, 5% pension contribution and ticket allocation

Cheltenham Festivals is a charity co-creating experiences which bring joy, spark curiosity, connect communities and inspire change. Our year-round education, community and talent development programmes culminate at the town’s internationally acclaimed Jazz, Science, Music and Literature Festivals.

We are looking for an experienced events professional who can manage the team to deliver the operational logistics across all our activities.  Working collaboratively with all teams across the charity, plus external production companies, the successful candidate will have a key role in driving the critical pathway for each festival and year-round activity.

You will be very well organised, have meticulous attention to detail.  You will be collaborative, solution-focussed, enjoy working in a team and sharing innovative, creative ideas.
