Are you looking for an afternoon shift that fits around family commitments, childcare, studying, or other daytime responsibilities?We're currently recruiting Garment Finishing Operatives to join a friendly and supportive team in Cheltenham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, has a good eye for detail, and is looking for a long-term role with permanent opportunities available.Working within a clean and organised production environment, you'll be responsible for ensuring garments and linen are presented to the highest standards before being sent to customers.

- Finish time dependent on workload
What You'll Be Doing
- Hand-finishing and pressing garments and linen
- Quality checking items before dispatch
- Counting items accurately and recording quantities
- Preparing finished orders for customers
- Checking order details and labels
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Keeping your work area clean and organised
- Following health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- Excellent attention to detail
- A reliable and positive attitude
- Ability to work accurately and consistently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good numeracy skills
- Previous experience in garment finishing, production, retail, hospitality, laundry services, housekeeping, sewing, quality control, or warehouse environments is beneficial but not essential
- Willingness to learn and complete the training programme
