Production Operative Lates

Production Operatives needed in Cheltenham, to work late shift Monday to Friday 16:00 to finish, paying £13.41ph from 18:00, temp to perm, starting as soon as possible. Pertemps is recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established and growing business in Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong attention to detail who are looking for a long-term position with the opportunity to secure a permanent role. This role involves hand-finishing and ironing garments and linen to a high standard, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality at all times.

 Shift Pattern:

- Monday to Friday
- 16:00-00:00 (Evening/Night Shift)

 Please note: Your first week will be completed on a day shift for induction and training purposes. During this time, you will shadow experienced team members who have extensive knowledge of the operation. Key Responsibilities:
 

- Hand-ironing and finishing garments and linen individually
- Ensuring every item meets quality standards before dispatch
- Counting items accurately and maintaining production records
- Packing finished products ready for distribution
- Checking order numbers and customer details carefully
- Maintaining accuracy and consistency throughout the shift
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Keeping work areas clean and organised

 What We're Looking For:
 

- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately and consistently in a factory environment
- Good numeracy skills and confidence counting stock quantities
- Ability to follow instructions and quality procedures
- Reliable and committed attitude
- Previous production, manufacturing, laundry, finishing, or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
- Willingness to complete the induction and training programme
